Anybody ever seen a broken leg?

If a left hind leg is being carried way out back, stiff,  toe dragging
the ground, very slight swelling at the bottom of that long bone that
runs down the back of the bottom of the leg, with a visible bump over
the bump that is the fetlock,  is that a probable break?  And does
anyone think she can load into a low setting stock trailer?
