help with moonblindness

Just when you think you have seen all the sleazy horse dealers.....well a
friend of mine bought a horse for her daughter and turns out it has
moonblindness (vet says it has been there a long time, much blindness and
damage involved)...nice kids horse eh?  I have found out some medical info.
on the condition but would like to know of personal experiences, what
helped, what didn't.  Also, any good vet sites for question and answer
would be great.
