I have always been refunded all my money when I had to pull out of a ride.  I
have always been thnaked for sending in my required information beforehand, it
seems a lot of people don't and sign up at the rides which make for a slow
down at sign up.  If I can I always send my entry in early so all I have to do
is get my number.  This year I have been lax in this because I have made last
minute decisions to go on rides and I pay for it by having to wait.
