Re: Weigh Stations & Horse Trailers

Ramey:

Explain why then that the DOT stops me and tells me I am commercial and must
have a log book. I find NOTHING that says what a farm vehicle is other than
primarily used within 150 of home base. I am being told that such a vehicle
is deemed commercial when out of the range.

Tell me WHY I am told EVEYWHERE that any truck/trailer combo over 10,000
lbs. ust go through weigh stations and have a log book.

Show me in writing the law and I will be the first to fight the idiots at
the weight stations!!!!
