spent grain

anyone (specifically heidi or susan or tom) know the nutritional value (or
lack there of) of "spent grain" from a brewery (specifically a microbrewery)?
a local dairy feeds it to their cows. i was just wondering if it was too high
in sugar or what other nutritional value it might or might not have.
