I recently saw an add for the ViceBreaker in Endurance News.  I had been
contemplating building such a device myself to solve some age old problems.  I
gave them a call at 800-808-VICE and purchased one.  It may seem expensive but
I assure you it was the best investment I have ever made to solve old bad
habits.  Much better than hot wiring.
