Yes, I agree.  I've been a Lifetime Member and an ardent supporter of AERC for
nearly 20 years.  But speaking up when something is wrong *is* being part of the
solution.  If the members don't speak up when the Board or Office makes a
mistake, the mistakes don't get fixed.
