NW Rides

The NW ride managers involved with the protest/appeal have had no written
notification  of the result of the appeal sent to the board of directors from
AERC;  NOR have they been supplied with the specific rules that were
supposedly broken in the original handling of this issue.  What do you think
should be  considered a "timely" response to this issue??
