Re: WEG Selection process



I, personally, like the idea of certain rides as being mandatory "selection"
rides.  Perhaps this wll help teach people what "teamwork" is all about. AND, it
would give the selectors a chance to be together and discuss what they observe
instaed of relaying information via telephone or in writing.  Nothing beats
one-on-one......
