I had EXACTLY the same experience, same dates, and I've tried calling and
email and gotten nowhere myself. To top it off, they kept sending me
"past due" notices on my subscription, until I mailed them a letter
enclosing a copy of my check which had cleared my bank in February -- the
past due notices stopped coming, but so did the magazines!!
