I hope Cheryl does mind me jumping in here <G> but since I live across
town from her, I guess I can answer!

We are in Phoenix Arizona, and there is no such thing as oat hay! Our
choices are alfalfa, bermuda, and alfalfa/bermuda pellets. There aren't
any oat pellets for sale here either.

Mattua hay is also an unheard of.

I guess when you live in the middle of a desert you take what you can
get!<G>
