Does anyone have experience with a company listed in other www links on
the endurance.net that is called "The Barn-Toys and Tack"? My riding
buddy, 18 years old, ordered a saddle through them and sent them a money
order for the full amount. It has been over six weeks (they promised
she would receive saddle in two) and no saddle and we cannot get them to
return any of our approximate 80 phone calls or 20 emails about this
subject. I am getting concerned. Are they reputable? Has anyone else
used them? I am getting ready to take serious action here.
