Love them - wouldn't ride without them. I think they are much more
comfortable for the horse. A horse is not the same shape throughout a
stride and a standard girth will bind if it is tight enough to the horse
she he is the "smallest" and too loose if it is loose enough to fit when he
is the "largest".

They also keep constant contact on the HRM electrode and I have much better
luck with consistent readings with elastic end girths than non-elastic end
girths.
