Yes, and this would certainly need to be addressed at more than the inane
level utilized by AHSA, in which a professional can become an amateur simply
by waiting for a specified period of time and then applying for ammy status
once again. What - did these people just get uneducated in that period of
time or what? Utterly stupid. A profesisonal must not be allowed ot go back
and compete as an ammy. Period. Methinks that allowing this aspect into our
sport would siganl its demise!
