but when MY horse has or had a problem with alergies-- bites beestings etc..
I use some of my homeopathic remidies.. APIS for a start..
from dead bees and the venom.. acts like a anti-histimine.

not suggesting you do this--just let you know what I gave MY horse..
yes it did work.. worked for me when I got bee stung too..
