et al. Well I believe the resident expert on the list is Tom Ivers AND Sue
Evans.

While I have years of use and training with the V-MAX, my knowledge is
limited to my small band of 4 ctr/endurnace horses.

I still have not read ALL the posts... takes me hours to just scan and
resppond to limited posts.
I am working on a paper but it may be next week before I get it completed.

I am a bit humbled and proud and a with a little bit of 'I told you so'..
because who would of thought that 7 years ago when we put our first V-MAX 'on
the market' we would be discussing these issues. Tom was ahead of his time
then ..the TB people just did not listen to him back then.. BUT a few trail
riders from the NE- ECTRA and AERC took a chance on this 'toy' from another
rider.

Many riders said this was never going to work.. you know do it natural..FEEL
your horse.. RIGHT. HA.. Many vets said all we would get is a 'numbers race'
running by the HRM only vs the wholle horse, they did not like it, wanted it
baned from competiton use. Well -many now use the monitor and recommended it.
You know running a race by the numbers is NOT all that bad.. as we know the
HR will be first sign of a problem..most of the time.

oh yeah one of my first sales was to a GOLDen lady named VAL..

Too long sorry..
HA :>)
