I tried power bars once. They made me nauseous. I have settled on a
regiment of furit (apples, pears, etc.) and good old sinkers bars. I also
have discovered an electrolyte mix call EmergC (spelling?) at GNC. It was
reccomended by a tennis playing friend. This stuff is absolutely
wonderful. I find it much better than Gator Aid and the like. I used in
for the first time on the FOF 100 and was in great shape when I finished.
