[endurance] Crew Carrying Water

We used to have somebody crew for us that drove a station wagon.
They weren't thrilled with the idea of having water slop in the back
of their car, and our water tank (made for a P/U) didn't fit in
there. Being cheap & not wanting to purchase jerry cans, we lined
a number of buckets w/ plastic grabage bags and filled them up. We
tied off the tops for travel, and simply slit the bags to dump the water
into the bucket at the waterless stops.

We also used large crew bags to keep the hay from scattering on the
leather seats. (sigh...) Her car never looked the same after we got
her to start crewing for us. (She's a really good friend who came
the first time to "just get some neat action photos of horses".)
