Itchy mouth

A friend asked me to post this question:

after he's been in the bit about 20 minutes and he just wants to rub his
mouth off on his legs. I noticed early on that he's very sensative around
his mouth and if I try to trim his wiskers he rubs his chin and muzzle in
the sand or on the wood fence.
