Ridecamp: Re: [RC] [RC] Kicking Colt/ Correcting

Is he kicking as he runs off or kicking at you?  There is a big difference.  
My 14 year old gelding still does this sometimes.  After I unhalter him in 
the pasture he takes off kicking and bucking.  He stands perfectly still for 
the unhaltering, but the minute he knows he is free....he kicks up his 
heels.  I don't reprimand for that.
