Ridecamp: [RC] LD Rules

  Just want to say that as someone who only rides LD and doesn't see a 50
in my future for several more years, if at all, I like the LD rules the way
they are.  I have rather enjoyed coming in right after a group that didn't
pace themselves and passing them all at the pulse in.  My mare and I have
just started to find that sweet pace that brings us in consistently between
3:00 and 3:20 hours and it's nice, sometimes, to beat people who like to
blast past us on the trail. :o)
