Re: [RC] [RC-Digest] 25 no big deal? - Alice Yovich

From my point of view, 25 is still a very big deal. I've done 2 natrc rides and loved them. I recently discovered that I could actually trot for 10 miles without dying--either me or my horse--but I know how tired i was after a novice NATRC first day at around 20 miles. I think I'd enjoy endurance b/c my mare is in great condition, but doesn't do great on the obstacles yet, but when my endurance friends invite me to trot a 25 I still balk b/c I'm afraid I'll be left in the dust.
