[RC] re: leftover completion awards - Teresa Van Hove
Most RM's around here dont put dates on completion awards, just the
ride name. That way they can place a large order to get a good per
item price and just use the same awards until they run low. Riders
generally enjoy getting to choose their awards when there is a
selection of awards from previous years. and when rides (especially
2-dayers) have a mug or something its fun to plan on coming back to
try to earn a complete set. -This works well with our generally
smaller # of riders here in the MT region.
> Scratch out the date and use them again next year. (I've done this)
> Send them to friends/family for Christmas. (pathetic, but I've done this)
> Sell them on EBay?
