It's just not the cannon bone per
say, it is the larger joints, more surface area for cartilage, bigger hoofs. It
is just that the cannon bone circumference is a common indicator of all of the
above. How about this question: Anyone have a proven multiday horse with
00 size hoofs??
So far everybody says the bone
doesn't matter, but I haven't heard any statistics on the good multiday horses.
Tammy, you've done plenty of multidays, what size shoes do your horses
wear?
