[RC] Truck & Towing Question - Karla Watson

Anyone out there towing with a Ford F-150 XLT? I have a 1995 150 with a larger engine--351 5.8L which is powerful and has a trans cooler and trailer brakes. My truck is an ex-cab with long bed so wheel base is great and GVWR 6250. I also have 4X4 which I hear is good to have in this Oregon mud. My trailer is lightweight 2 horse slant with a GVWR of 7000. I will be towing one horse usually. Anyone know how much weight I can safely put on my 150 (camper or shell)? I thought about a pop-up camper but they are hard to find. I tried to contact Ford to get the trailer towing guide but can't locate one. I am new to endurance so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
