The problem you are having is caused by MSN. The MSN Browser is not
compatible with all internet sites. My suggestion would be first make sure
you have all the updates for your windows software (www.microsoft.com).
Then you'll want to connect to the internet but using Internet Explorer not
the MSN Browser (let me know if you don't know how to do this). Also make
sure your using Internet Explorer 6.0, if your not you'll want to download
that as well, you can get that from microsofts website too. Hope this
