[RC] Pull codes - Randy and Cheryl Winter

A couple of things come to mind with this discussion. For data purposes
a person who pulls a horse with a grade one lameness is, or under the
current system, should be listed as L or is RO-L official. Regardless, a
person who finishes a ride with a grade one lameness gets completion and is
not listed as an L. I don't think this is consistent for data purposes. I
guess it depends on how often each happens. Maybe there should be a C-L,
    completed with lameness.
Is "tired" a metabolic pull? We have grades of lameness but not grades
of metabolic problems. Is tired a grade one metabolic problem? How tired
would a horse have to be to be considered RO-M? How about a similar horse
    completing? No pull code.
The pull code system is a good idea for trying to gather data for the
welfare of the horse but on the inside seems more complicated than just L or
    M.
