    Very few animals are "all or nothing."  It is a matter of the amount of
    "double wiring" that exists in the brain, and it varies from species to
    species.  You're correct that it is not accurate to say that "no"
    information crosses from side to side in the horse.  It would be far more
    accurate to say that "considerably less" information does so in the horse
    than in the human.
