Ridecamp: Re: [RC] Coggins - Whose Responsibility?

Coggins is the responsibility of the seller.  In Oklahoma it is the law.  I
have never heard of a Coggins costing that much.  If you are talking about
international paperwork, that, I would say, is different, and is the
responsibility of the buyer.
