This issue has been beaten to death.  Though I do not support a minimum age
rule based on possible "child abuse", I WOULD like to see some research that
is comprised of information gathered specific to our sport....not soccer or
skiing or swimming or anything else.  Endurance riding related.  IF there is
truly a problem, then it bears looking at.
