What a great post.  And, in the clip above, you hit on a very important 
tangential issue.  When the governing bodies take over this job, despite 
Joe's assertions to the contrary, they also take over the liability.  Having 
spent 10 years in the liability-heavy firearms industry, I know of whence I 
speak here!
