    Yoga for equestrians is a good book on the subject of riders.  Stretches
    that runners do before and after a run is REALLY good.   those are what I
    do,  they help the old arthritic body (like mine).    Glucosamine
    Hydrocloride for humans helps (if I am out of it I just used 1/10th of my
    horses formular)   Getting off every now and then also helps during a ride.
    I am sure others have other ideas.  Hope this helps.   Vicki Austin
