OK, ya'll are great for information so I hope you can help me. I need some
good exercises for ME! Yes I need to shed some pounds too...but besides
that....when I ride my knees and ankles really hurt. After the ride I can
hardly walk....feels like my knees are frozen up with a knife stuck in them.
Now after walking around for 5 minutes they work out and are OK....but
during the ride and right afterwards they really hurt....makes riding not
fun. Any advise on how to strengthen them? I'm looking for some good
exercises, streatches that may help.
