Ridecamp: [RC] Question; re travel with hay.

Hi ! I was wondering if anyone had traveled from other states...like maybe Colorado, or Texas or anywhere else..Canada even and brought hay for their horses into the state of California. What do you do if they make you throw it away? Will they let you bring pellets? Are some hays more allowable than others?
