oh well, I would challenge any choice as being stupid if it means that my daughter who fell off a swing when she was smaller had to wait for 7 HOURS behind some dufus who chose to ride his cycle without head protection! He had been injured worse than my daughter, they firgures in teh ER, but then my daughter was what, six, and had an accident while that guy thought wheelies without a helmet was cool or some thing. Cracked his head pretty good - but in MHO, there as not much there to damage. If someone chooses these things on their own time and DIME, party on - but not when it affects others. My daughter cried and bled for hours. Then there was the guy who got shot because he was firing a gun in the air for the FUN of it and another dude in that infested end of town thought he was shooting at HIM, and shot a few holes in the first dufus. We waited behind THAT "free to choose" dude as well. :)

Helmets? Put 'em on or keep a doctor on retainer in your home to patch you up and don't clutter up ERs. Not fair.
