[RC] Way to go Nick & Zayante! - Karen

Sorry Karen, I couldn't resist this, since you tossed down the gauntlet. Only "girls" got the coveted Fire mountain award of exelence? I figure I better respond that I, too, did 4 days at Death Valley, the 20 Mule Team 100, and The Eastern High Sierra Sheep-herding, er, I mean Classic. I did it on two horses, but since they both belong to Jackie, I figure I should get special mention, or maybe the "Jackie Bumgardner Fire Mountain Special mention award of excellence for doing the rides on Zayante and Holly." That's a mouthfull.

Great job, Nick! It's pretty amazing that Zayante is still doing rides like EHSC with 10,500 miles. It's not exactly an easy ride. That's pretty cool.

But still, if you want a red blankie, you are gonna have to do all the rides on the same horse. Next year? <bg>

Here's some of the sheep herding pics: http://www.endurohorse.com/EHRide1868/8164.jpg and http://www.endurohorse.com/EHRide1868/8167.jpg The was pretty fun!!

P.S. you know, three of those 'girls' are kids, all 15 or younger--2 of them did all the rides unsponsored, yep, all by themselves....smart kids huh.......(don't ask the age of the others, that's not allowed!)
