Ridecamp: RE: [RC] Magnesium supplier

I've been supplementing magnesium oxide for about 8 months. I see that
Uckele has Magnesium Oxide (54% magnesium) and Magnesium Proteinate (10%
magnesium) for sale. Can anyone explain the difference between the two and
the bioavailability of each?  By the way I did use the United Vet supplement
and recently bought a plain, ground, straight magnesium oxide from the local
feed store. It came in a 50lb bag for about $12.00.
