In rereading Steve's note I do not see any mention of the person's name
that
was not allowed to present for Haggin Cup. Only that a person was not
allowed
to present I have never met Potato but you seem to, Maryben, and have
witnessed this conduct?
Thanks for explaining the way the Cup is scored. Sounds like it could be
fair or
become a political issue. Sounds a little like a homegrown FEI ride to
me.(maybe thats where
FEI got the idea :) !!!)
