[RC] Western States Trail Ride - Bob Morris

Interesting to hear the reports of alleged unsportsmanship
conduct at the start of the Tevis.

While I was not in attendance, I can only rely upon the
reports from those there. I question, if the actions were
sever enough to have the Person eliminated from showing for
the "best condition" Why was a charge under the AERC Rule
16.1 (b) and/or (c) filed by any one in attendance.

If it was not an action to be considered under these AERC
Rules, then it should not be an action warranting any action
at all, including that of the WSTR officials. Conversely, if
the alleged action was of level requiring action by
officials, why does no one have the guts to make it an
    official AERC action?

I guess people just don't care.
