Re: [RC] Fly control - Maggie & David

So I want to know if there
    > are reasons for or against using used motor oil or diesel fuel for fly
    > control? Would this be harmful to equines? My gut instinct is it would
    be
    > toxic but that's not science. It sure would be smelly and ugly!

I'm not an expert, but I play one on tv.........oops, I've been up waayyy
too long. Anyway, my rule of thumb is that I don't use anything on the
horses that I wouldn't use on myself. NO MOTOR OIL!!! Ick.

Maggie--beet pulp is kind of sweet and has a texture not unlike day-old gum
Secret and the kids--but she still feeds us red cell! Yucky!
