    Just a quick note....I have never heard of a Sport saddle that expensive.
    The endurance models new are $925, and the schooling and training models
    even less.  All mine have been through the wars (5-8 years), with a lot of
    use, and no breakage or failures; leather and suede still looks good.  In my
    mind, this is a very reasonable cost for a saddle that fits all my horses
