Re: [RC] Ground Control Shoes - Maggie Mieske

I'm glad you brought these up....I have been meaning to post about our experiences as well.  We have tried these shoes on our horses and on clients' horses in the last 6 weeks.  All of the horses have done VERY well in them and I highly recommend them.  Nelson discovered that a single toe nail helps eliminate twisting....there is a small circle at the toe that will help you line this up.  It worked very well.  One of our clients is also an endurance rider and she states her horse has never moved better.  We know other endurance riders as well who have tried and liked the Ground Control shoes.  They may initially take some experimentation as they are definitely different but I believe they are worth the trouble.  We haven't had any trouble with the company or getting our shoes in a timely manner.
    Maggie
