    Where do you get those bandana tube things and what is their "real" name? How much do they cost generally?
    Living in SoCal, I am an expert at trying to keep cool. And here in the Inland Empire it is hot much of the year. We have seen above 100 lots already. I use a bandana tube thing with that gel stuff inside that swells in water and stays cool and wet all day. When it gets a little warm I turn it over so the up side is now on my neck. Doing that keeps you pretty cool. Outgoing mail is certified
