Ridecamp: Re: [RC] [RC] horse uninterested on training rides (LONG)

I know that my horse gets really bored with our local trails.  I usually
ride with just one or 2 others and if we're in the back Zorro just plods
along with a real laid back attitude.  Put him in the front and he
really perks up and strides out,  or ride him with a large group,
especially if there's a horse along that he's more competitive with and
he's a lot more fun.  Seems to enjoy himself more too.  We're stuck with
these local trails all winter but in the spring when we start to trailer
out he gets a lot more interested in working and so do I.
