        I'd sure like to read the definition of what constitutes a "newbie".
        Seriously.
        If an "apparent" newbie starts a conversation regarding anything "endurance"...at least the dialogue has begun and intercourse can begin.
        Hopefully.
         Angie, I know you have a "list" in your head alread....:^).
         ..."tons of experience" is important, IF it is experience that has evolved along a learning curve and not a static flatline.  (I think most endurance riders evolve that way.  Hopefully).
