Pat, I know we've had this discussion at the MOTDRA meetings, which you 
probably remember.  Every state has different laws and the answer will vary 
state by state.  In our state, Kansas, the answer is that the injured party 
probably would not recover damages against the ride or AERC because of the 
doctrine of assumption of risk.  However, that may not stop the injured party 
from actually filing suit.
