That truly is a sad deal to read about. If I remember
correctly, there was mention awhile back on Ridecamp
that the TWH is the only Federally protected horse.
Maybe someone else can find that topic. This guy is
not just breaking state Humane Society laws, he is
breaking Federal Laws. And I'm sure he doesn't even
realize this.
