Yeoowch...saw a horse do that
once.  Lunging itself in the round pen while watching the goings-on
on the outside -- ran smack into a support post on the wall. 
Knocked out a couple of teeth.  This guy was particularly brilliant
to start with...I'm sure this didn't help!
