Maryben It sounds like you and I have some of the same problems. Sensitive to glare, light, and just can't see. I just recieved my lined trifocals 3 months ago and have not had an oppurtunity to ride at speed. I had to get them because I am near sighted and work in surgery. Too many focal lengths to deal with. I always ride with my glasses though. If I did not I would not be able to see the next ribbon or turn far enough in advance to set my horse up for it. This would be very hard on the horse. My husband bought me a GPS for X mas last year and I have not figured it out yet. I just need to spend some time with the manual and play with it . He got it for me because I do manage a CTR every year and he knew it would help with my required maps. I think with the combination of GPS, topigraphical maps and a good wheel alot of our trails could be accurately mapped. Pat in Kansas
