Hi Karen,
Over 1000 miles, with the same horse, never lost once, maybe just got
lucky, ride management always marked the rides well.  Also, I have a good
sense of direction.  Or possibly tacked the map to a tree a mile away,
WHEN a map was provided...
I'm one of those folks Maryben talks about; I started riding endurance
before electrolytes, easy boots, carbo loading, special made saddles,
biothane and GPS and Dodge Diesels.  I have done rides that don't even
exist anymore;  Cow MT.,  Drakes Bay, Burney, etc.  Oh my, I am old...
